Private Client Account Executive – Houston, TX
Dean & Draper Insurance is seeking a relationship-driven Private Client Account Executive to grow our personal insurance business in the Houston market.
This role focuses on developing Centers of Influence (COI) relationships with wealth managers, estate attorneys, family office professionals, CPAs, and other trusted advisors serving affluent and high-net-worth clients.
The ideal candidate has strong networking and business development skills, experience working with Private Client or high-net-worth personal insurance accounts, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Minimum 2 years of personal insurance sales or production experience
- Experience developing referral and COI relationships
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with affluent/high-net-worth clients preferred
- CIC, CPRIA, or similar designation
