Job Title: Licensed Account Technician

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Licensed Insurance Agent to support a high-volume team. This role is critical in maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency by handling policy servicing tasks, processing endorsements, assisting with billing inquiries, binding coverage, and amending quotes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and takes pride in being a dependable team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process policy endorsements accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond to and resolve client billing inquiries, coordinating with carriers as needed
• Bind new and renewal policies in accordance with agency and carrier guidelines
• Review, update, and amend insurance quotes based on client needs and underwriting requirements
• Provide day-to-day service support for a high-volume producer, ensuring seamless client experience
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal team members
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in agency management systems
• Assist with policy reviews, coverage questions, and general service requests
• Ensure compliance with all agency procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• 2+ years of insurance agency experience preferred (service or account management role)
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance
• Experience with endorsements, billing, and policy servicing
• Familiarity with agency management systems Applied Epic is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
