Private Client Account Manager Conroe/The Woodlands

Dean & Draper is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Private Client Account Manager to join our personal insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with Private Clients and providing exceptional service tailored to the unique needs of affluent individuals and families. This role requires a deep understanding of personal insurance products, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to create customized insurance solutions for HNW clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or business development within the personal insurance industry, specifically catering to high-net-worth clients.

3. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with affluent clients and driving new business growth.

4. Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations.

5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

6. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential client information.

7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Professional certifications such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), or Certified Risk Manager (CRM).

9. Experience working with luxury brands, private banks, or in the financial services sector.
