Stephen is Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of the Dean & Draper Companies. Stephen's experience within the insurance industry in Texas covers 33 years in roles such as President of Summit Global Partners and also President of HUB International. His background in commercial and personal insurance is expansive and he serviced on agency councils for CNA, Liberty Mutual, AIG, Hartford, and Texas Mutual.

Stephen is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Economics/Finance. Before his insurance career, Stephen was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army serving in Germany and Fort Hood.
