Houston, Texas (April 1, 2022) – Dean & Draper Insurance Agency, L.P. is pleased to announce recent acquisition of Baty Worldwide.
“Dean & Draper’s acquisition of Baty Worldwide, insurance agency, expands our team of insurance advisors dedicated to helping families and businesses, in Texas and throughout the country, insure what matters most to them,” said Dean & Draper President & CEO Kyle Dean.
Dean & Draper’s acquisition of Baty Worldwide was effective April 1, 2022. Both of the independent insurance agencies are Houston-based.
“This acquisition will increase Dean & Draper’s revenue of commercial, personal, employee benefits, as well as risk management,” said Dean, who has guided his company’s evolution from localized agency to nationwide provider.
Rick Baty, who started Baty Worldwide in July 2011, passed on Sept. 30, 2021, and will always be remembered for his tireless effort that made his agency successful.
