As we closely monitor events surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are entering a new phase in Harris County. The County Judge, Lina Hidalgo, issued “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order for all residents effective tonight at 11:59pm. This Stay Home, Stay Safe phase will extend until April 3rd. The financial services industry, including insurance services, has been designated a Critical Infrastructure Sector by the federal, state and local authorities.
With this guidance in mind, we remain capable and committed to maintaining our operations and work schedule. We intend to maintain a reduced presence in the office with the majority of our staff working remotely from home. Rest assured we are capable of providing all key client service functions and fundamental client services as we comply with the local mandates necessary to win the battle against the COVID-19.
